今天有点不舒适，嗓子有点疼，鼻塞还有点要发烧的感觉，身体有点发冷，可能是感冒还是新冠呢，明天再看看情况吧。 不确定是否是早上跑步时候太冷，但是早上跑步的时候是不冷的啊，我热身还是穿着外套的，然后跑完马上就穿的外套，没有凉着。身体确实不如以前了，今年的锻炼也少多了。
